Sub-processors and Platform Providers

This page describes key providers and provider categories used for particular Services. A provider receives information when the relevant feature or integration is used. Public-site analysis and search services are described by category here; contact privacy@dashipos.com for the specific providers relevant to your request. This public summary does not replace any contractual sub-processor notice.
Service providers and Sub-processors
These providers may process personal information for Dashi or a Merchant in connection with the stated service. Payment providers may also act independently under financial-services, fraud-prevention, or legal obligations.

Embedded content and integration providers
These companies may be independent recipients rather than Dashi Sub-processors. Their own terms and privacy notices may also apply.
OpenStreetMap
Embedded maps for the Restaurant Radar. A visitor’s browser requests the restaurant’s geographic area directly from the map provider, which receives network and browser information such as IP address. Its own privacy notice applies; report-unlock contact details are not sent to it.
Restaurant websites and image hosts
Display public restaurant photos and branding in reports and previews. Loading these resources connects the visitor’s browser to the original website or image host and shares ordinary network information. These hosts operate under their own privacy notices.
KitchenHub
Order aggregation, menu synchronization, and delivery or marketplace integration when enabled by a Merchant.
Delivery and marketplace partners
Order transmission, fulfillment, status updates, and support when requested by a Guest or enabled by a Merchant.
Changes and questions
Dashi may update this list as the Services change. Material changes will be handled in accordance with applicable contracts and law.
