Pricing questions
What does "per location" mean?
Each physical restaurant address runs on its own subscription, because each has its own menu, floor, and reporting.
Is hardware included in the monthly price?
No. Terminals, displays, and printers are quoted separately, and payment processing is billed by your payment provider rather than by Dashi.
Can I move between plans later?
Yes. Most restaurants start on Core or Growth and move up when they add online ordering or start taking bookings through Dashi.
Do you charge per cover or take a cut of orders?
No. There are no per-cover fees, and orders through Dashi Online carry no commission. Delivery marketplaces set their own rates separately.
